Bude, Holsworthy and District Citizens Advice Bureau provides a general information service and specialist money advice. Our comprehensive information system covers legislation dealing with employment, housing, benefits, consumer, immigration, debt, relationship breakdown and many other categories.

We offer information to clients and help choose a course of action suitable to them. We negotiate, write letters and help to complete forms on the client's behalf. Representation at Appeal Tribunals is available. The service we offer is free, independent, impartial and confidential.

OPENING TIMES Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am and 1pm (no appointments necessary) and Thursday evenings between 6 and 8.30pm: telephone service and interviews by appointment.

CORE PURPOSES OF NEETSIDE

1. To provide and maintain services, fully furnished accessible areas for rent at cost to any groups working for the social welfare of the citizens of Bude/Stratton and its surrounding areas.
2. To adopt a positive role in community development with special emphasis on access for all.
3. To promote examples of good practice from voluntary and statutory agencies in partnership.
4. To encourage self help groups.

'Neetside' is accessible to all and great care has been taken to ensure that the recommendations of The Centre for Accessible Environments have been incorporated into the design of the building.
